Corporate SVP, Grupo Bimbo Mexico
I was born curious. When I was 10 years old, I decided to decode cloud-shaping and ocean waving patterns according to people’s mood on the other side of the World.
5 years later, I decided to follow Systems Engineer Career. And after graduating with honors, I decided to also study an MBA, and Marketing Strategy. In that way I got the skills that allowed me to combine structured thinking with creativity applied to different business models.
Now, after 25 years of professional experience in Marketing and Business Innovation, working in +500 Fortune companies like Procter & Gamble, Anderson Clayton (previously Unilever), Eastman Kodak, Sara Lee (Bimbo Bakeries), I’ve had a lot of serious fun: I became a challenger of status-quo, leading business expansion and/or turnaround for top brands. My roles in the last 10 years have been strategic ones, influencing in regional and global business future as part of the Steering Comitee, while leading core team towards a fast call-to-action.
I’ve developed innovation models for color trends detection in cosmetics industry, forecast tools to estimate probabilities of product adoption, brand positioning definition models, and now I am fully immerse on decoding successful business models for Unicorns and Exponential Organizations.
